The Leading Risk Management Expert in China
Based on our continued research in the theory of enterprise risk management, and the insights gained from many years of implementing risk management solutions in both domestic Chinese and international market, First Huida has developed China’s first enterprise risk management framework. We collaborated with the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) to draft out the “Guidelines for Central State Owned Enterprises’ Risk Management” (“Guidelines”). Furthermore, First Huida has continually assisted SASAC in organizing the training seminars, conferences, promotion events and pilot projects in enterprise risk management since 2004. In 2008, First Huida cooperated with SASAC to develop and publish the software solution enabling all central SOEs to file their “2008 Central SOE Enterprise Risk Management Report”, a key requirements from SASAC. The software had since been successfully introduced to and extensively used by many central SOEs and their subsidiaries.
First Huida took parts as an external advisory expert in drafting the “Enterprise Internal Control Guidelines” initiated by China’s Ministry of Finance. We represented the Standardization Administration of China (SAC) in formulating ISO’s risk management standards (ISO31000). As the leading expert in the working committee, we played a key role in drafting China’s own risk management standards (GB310). As the result of our works in forming of these standard documents, our contribution to the development of China’s risk management is widely recognized at home and abroad.
