Initially launched in October 2006 by First Huida, Zurich Insurance and Price Waterhouse Coopers, China Enterprise Risk Management Forum is a platform for Chinese enterprises to exchange views and to share experiences in risk Management, to track global theoretical and practical development in risk Management and to promote communications between risk Management experts and industries. A non-profit organization, the forum organizes activities primarily in form of seminars and salon discussions. Participants of the forum consist largely of senior managers and administrators as well as service providers and experts in the field of risk Management from industrial, academic and regulatory circles.

Since its inauguration, the forum has received wide acclaims from audiences of different trades. With strong support from State-Owned Asset Supervision and Administration Committee of State Council (SASAC), Standardization Administration of China (SAC) and China Enterprise Confederation (CEC), the forum has witnessed a considerable increase in its influence among risk Management professionals. With the continued growth of Chinese enterprises’ demand on risk Management services, First Huida is especially encouraged by the extensive participation and support from all parties of the forum and wishes to further help enhance the functions of the forum.
